The My Mate Contractor team of Gary, Andy, Eric, Steve, Ben, Colin and Nick, ably led by Lee, have been working on our property since last September. In that time they have painted rooms, installed loft insulation, sanded and polished floors, installed new stair bannisters, undertaken electrical work, plastered and painted the internals of a new conservatory, refurbished 200+ year-old sash windows, and various other associated tasks.
The crowning glory, however, has been the fantastic job undertaken by Andy and Steve in painting the total exterior of the house. Dating back to 1780, our two storey stone house had a red brick extension added in the 1980’s – the work necessary to paint this brick surface and grouting to match the rest of the house was enormous.
The end result, as seen in the attached photographs, is absolutely stunning. With the down pipes painted to match the guttering, the house now looks a picture.
No task was too hard, and the team were friendly, professional and always on time. Lee’s management and communication is second to none, and we cannot recommend My Mate Contractors highly enough
